In Elko County, we have a standout volunteer who has chosen to extend her support to two clients—and counting—in Nye County. Her warm, charismatic nature helped her connect with the clients instantly. She takes a thoughtful approach, allowing clients to guide the conversation and express whatever is on their minds, creating a safe space for open dialogue. Her genuine interest in others and compassionate listening make her a natural fit for Telephone Reassurance, and she has already expressed a strong desire to support even more clients.
